Ask me directly →In most cases, no. As a Fora-affiliated advisor I earn a commission from hotels, resorts, and suppliers — the same commission that would otherwise go to an online booking platform. You pay the same rate you'd find booking direct, and in many cases you pay less, thanks to Fora's preferred rates and the VIP amenities (upgrades, credits, breakfast) I can add that a direct booking simply can't.
For complex custom itineraries, a planning fee may apply. I'll always be transparent about this upfront, before any commitment.

Being Fora-affiliated means I can offer rates, upgrades, daily breakfast, resort credits and early check-in that aren't available to individual travellers booking on their own. It's genuine added value, not a marketing claim.
The earlier the better — especially for Japan, Disney, and peak European summer. For a 10-day Japan trip at Aman properties, I'd ideally start 6–9 months out. Disney VIP tour guides book up 6 months in advance; dining reservations open 60 days before arrival and fill in hours. For most European trips, 3–6 months is comfortable. That said, I've pulled together extraordinary trips in three weeks when I had to. If you have a date in mind, reach out — even if it feels soon.
My deepest expertise is Japan, Europe (particularly Italy, France, and the Amalfi Coast), VIP Disney experiences, luxury family travel, and honeymoons. I also design entirely custom itineraries for clients who want to go somewhere I haven't listed — if it's luxury travel, I can design it. I studied design at Parsons and approach every itinerary the way a designer approaches a project: with intention, restraint, and attention to the details that make the whole thing feel effortless.
I work with clients whose trip budgets typically start at around $10,000. Most of the itineraries I design fall in the $15,000–$100,000+ range for the full trip. That said, budget isn't the only consideration — I care more about fit. If your priorities align with mine (quality over quantity, experience over ticking boxes, genuine luxury over branding), we'll likely work well together regardless of the exact number. Hotels are the foundation, but the itinerary I design covers every element of your trip — flights (when requested), private transfers, guided experiences, restaurant reservations, Disney park access and VIP guides, concierge recommendations, and a curated day-by-day travel guide you'll have before you depart. During your trip, I'm reachable if anything comes up. You're never navigating it alone.
In a word: yes. Disney's parks are genuinely extraordinary — but the standard experience, without planning and access, involves 60–90 minute queues, exhausted children by early afternoon, and dining reservations you couldn't secure. A VIP guide means front-of-line access to every attraction, all day. Club Level means a private lounge, food service, and a concierge. Every client I've sent on a VIP Disney day has said some version of the same thing: "We'll never do it any other way."
